Snowdrops are in abundance and daffodils are starting to spring to life. The sign of Spring is a welcoming sight as we all look forward to some warmer weather in readiness for the cute little lambs that will be roaming our fields and fells.

Hooray to Kendal Farmer’s Market! The fells may be damp, yet the marketplace is buzzing with scrumptiousness as we all come together to celebrate great food and drink. The return of Mrs Kirkham’s Cheese is not to be missed, swing by with your families, furry four-legged friends, and chums, and get ready to fill those empty baskets with deliciousness.
You certainly can’t beat the taste of a cheeky cheese, a little banter at Pennington’s spirits and if you’re lucky, enjoy some of Ginger Bakers delicious cake. What’s not to like?
