Let us help you create a banquet
Let us help you create a banquet to share with family and friends, made with the finest produce from our local food makers. You’ll find homegrown vegetables for your roast dinner, locally reared meats from Sillfield Farm, beautiful Italian wines from Provino Wines and a festive tipple from Pennington’s Spirits. Plus there’s delicious cheeses from Mrs Kirkham’s, seasonal flowers from Black Horse Flowers, a gorgeous wreath from Dan’s Plants, and artisanal sourdough from Lovingly Artisan to grace the centre of your table. These are just a few of our favourites—there are many more stalls, each one worth a visit so make sure to swing by.

First market of the month – Friday 12 December 2025
We are delighted to welcome a special guest, Guy from The Lyth Valley Damson Company, returning for one day only with his famous Damson Cheese. This delicious lovely isn’t actually a cheese, it’s a glorious fruit preserve and a treat you won’t want to miss. Come along and find out why they call it ‘a cheese!’
Second market of the month – Friday 19 December 2025
For our final festive hurrah of 2025, we’ll be joined by Caz Graham and Tim Farron (MP), who will be judging our Best Dressed Market Stall Competition. The winner will receive three free markets in 2026—come along and see the creativity on display!
Finally, a huge thank you to all our lovely customers for your continued support throughout the year. We adore our Friday Farmers Market—it’s a special place where people come together to support local producers, celebrate community, and simply enjoy being here.
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
We look forward to welcoming you back in 2026!
Best wishes from
